If this is your first class at On Form, you must book a Foundation Form class first. This allows us to safely introduce you to the reformer, explain how the equipment works, and help you feel confident before moving into Flow, Fit, Jump or other class styles.

Before Your First Class

What to know before you arrive

First class to book

Foundation Form only. This is required for all new clients.

Arrive time

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can introduce you to the reformer.

What to bring

Grip socks are required. If you do not have grip socks, they are available for purchase in studio and a water bottle.

What to wear

Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely.

Class run time

Classes run for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
